• Booking is confirmed only after advance payment.
• Remaining amount must be paid before tour start.
• Prices may change due to fuel, hotel, or seasonal demand.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges apply as per Refund Policy.
• No refund for last-minute cancellations.

3. Travel Responsibility

• We act as a travel organizer, not owner of hotels/transport.
• Delays due to weather, traffic, or government rules are not our responsibility.

4. Pilgrim Responsibility

• Carry valid ID proof.
• Follow local religious rules and guidelines.
• Maintain discipline during tour.

5. Payments & Security

We use secure gateways like Razorpay. We do not store card details.

6. Changes in Itinerary

We reserve the right to change itinerary due to unavoidable conditions.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for personal loss, injury, or theft during travel.
